Recommended Dilution & Injection Protocols

1. Wrinkle Reduction

   • Dilution: 100U with 2.5 ml saline

   • Injection: 0.15 ml per point in targeted wrinkle areas

2. Facial Slimming (Masseter Reduction)

   • Dilution: 100U with 2 ml saline

   • Dosage: 1 ml per side of the face

3. Calf Slimming

   • Dilution: 100U with 2 ml saline

   • Dosage: 2–4 vials may be required

   • Injection: 15–30 points per calf, 0.1 ml per point

Precautions

• Avoid spicy, cold, and irritating foods on the day of treatment

• Apply cold compress for 5–10 minutes to reduce discomfort

• Keep treated areas dry for 4–6 hours post-injection

• Avoid alcohol and stimulating foods for several days

Skin Sensitivity Test

1. Reconstitute 1 vial (100U) with 2.2 ml saline

2. Draw 0.05 ml solution and dilute with 1 ml saline

3. Expel 0.9 ml, then add another 1 ml saline and mix well

4. Use the final diluted solution for intradermal testing
